Service Description

This call is to support those recovering from trauma or sexual abusive. We will share tools and stories to help heal. Many who have been victimized by abuse have patterns of isolating themselves and suffering alone. Together we can support each other to come out of hiding, feel safe and support each other in rising and igniting. If we can feel it, we can heal it, when we can name it we can tame it. Our voices and hearts are needed more than ever right now so let us find the courage to share, integrate all of ourselves and practice a new way of being together.
